The Campaign Rally

Rallies are the best way to ensure every employee knows about the CFC. A great way to start off your campaign is to a hold a kickoff event. This event should be fun yet informative. Key things to remember for your kickoff:

· Have your director or ranking officer speak
· Invite a CFC staff person or charity representative to speak
· Announce campaign goals
· Tour CFC charities
· Use testimonials from fellow employees
· Educate employees by using speakers and displays
· Announce prizes or other incentives employees can win such as tickets to sporting events, personal parking space, days off, gift certificates to movies, concerts, etc.
