Applications for non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the 2008 campaign are available below.
Unless you are the lead organization in a federation, please select the application for Local Unaffiliated organizations.
Applications are due no later than 4:30
PM, Monday, April 14. Mail or hand carry applications to the following address:

Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will NOT be eligible. (Note: Federations must submit a complete application for themselves and for any member agency or agencies applying under that federation for the first time in the 2008 CFC).
The CFC Office may request additional information deemed necessary to complete the eligibility review. Federations, please note that we may sample one or more of your member agency applications. You will be notified which application(s) to submit.
