Applications for non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the 2012 Combined Federal Campaign of Central Oklahoma are available below.

Unless you are the lead organization in a federation, please select the application for Local Unaffiliated organizations.

Applications are due by 5:00 PM on Monday, April 2 2012.

Mail or hand deliver applications to the following address:

Incomplete applications and applications received after the deadline will NOT be eligible.

The CFC Office may request additional information deemed necessary to complete the eligibility review. Federations, please note that we may sample one or more of your member agency applications. You will be notified which application(s) to submit.
